Welcome to The Kincaid Journal.

In 2008, I along with my close friend Shandia took the plunge into the blogging world. The blog, titled The C.S. Perspective, covered Pop Culture and areas of fashion in the Bahamian [The Bahamas] and American [United States] region. It was a great three years but of course, life changes. Fast forward to present time, Shandia is making her dreams a reality and I now live in New York City.

The Kincaid Journal will serve a dual purpose as an updater as well as a personal record keeper. It is current and will keep up with different things going on in the world as well it will document your thoughts and feelings and intellectual growth as a person. The intent is to open up discussions with people all over the world and in turn teach myself a lot. With that being said, The Kincaid Journal has not specific focus as of yet. I want to address more serious social issues as well as include entertainment posts but in a less-than-vapid style.

I want to thank all who encouraged and pushed me to jump back into blogging: Shandia, Danielle, Susan, Leeza, and Roberto.
