Victor Taiwò's "Curse" Is The Song That Heals
Oh what a Summer it has been. So far, I have had experiences that broke and solidified my personal relationships. There was someone who I thought was giving me what I wanted but turned out to have little-to-nothing to offer my betterment as a human being. Then there was someone who I thought gave me nothing I cared for and turned out to give me everything I needed.
Still, all the good does not outweigh nor repair the bad, right away. The person who gave me what I needed also introduced me to this song by Nigerian singer/songwriter Vicktor Taiwò. From the moment I pressed play I was jolted back into an emotional state. I am so enamored by this song and each time I listen to it it sends me into a deep state of thought that forces me to resolve any remnants of negativity within me.
